Welcome to the New Americans Campaign – Phoenix Site network of trusted non-profit partners who can help you apply for U.S. citizenship
The New Americans Campaign
The New Americans Campaign (NAC) is a national network of more than 200 respected, non-partisan immigration organizations, legal services providers, faith-based organizations, immigrant rights groups, and foundations. Of the nine million lawful permanent residents (LPRs) eligible to become U.S. citizens today, fewer than one million naturalize each year. The NAC launched in 2011 to increase the number of citizenship applications by offering the programs, outreach, and resources necessary for eligible residents to achieve the dream of U.S. citizenship.
Immigration Legal Services
Catholic Charities
Catholic Charities Community Services helps reunite those in the United States legally with minor children and spouses who remain in their country of origin.
Many of those we assist are refugees — those granted refugee status by the United Nations and invited here by the U.S. Federal Government — to reunite with their spouses and minor children. We also help U.S. citizens and those with legal residency secure residency for their spouses and/or children.
Promise Arizona
At Promise Arizona, we believe in promoting diversity, opportunity, and progress in everything we do. We do this by building power in our community, championing family and cultural values, and connecting people to life-changing resources. Our faith-based organization relies on members and volunteers to help build young community leaders and to create positive change in Arizona.
Our Goals
- Continue to grow the movement by training and developing new community leaders.
- Register new voters who will champion comprehensive immigration reform.
- Help members of the community achieve citizenship status or renew their current status.
- Teach those who want to strengthen their English speaking skills.
